Change is Good: Crumbling the Cornerstones of Dysfunction

Four rules hinder our positive energy. These rules are often created unconsciously within family dynamics affected by trauma, dysfunction, loss, illness, abuse, and the constant struggle for survival. The four rules - Isolation, Silence, Denial, and Rigidity - are ready to finally fall apart when we are open and aware that the rules from our past cannot confine us.

In this episode we consider the opposites: Isolation is replaced by Belonging, Kindness, and Connection. Silence is crumbled by Caring and Sharing. Denial is dissolved when Curiosity and Intuition are part of our thought habits. Rigidity melts away with a Flexible Mindset, Willingness, and a Heartfelt Courage to Change.
